3."Old Winery"
Senftenberg was one of the few sovereigns of the country without animal husbandry. The self-economy was limited to forestry and viticulture. The "manorial wine house" served as a farm building. The farm from the late Middle Ages is probably the oldest preserved building in Senftenberg. After the abandonment of the vineyard in the middle of the 1970s, the farm seemed to be in a state of decay before it was given a new purpose as a vineyard and hotel.
